More and more, we are hearing terms like transhumanism, metaverse, artificial intelligence, messenger ribonucleic acid (MRNA), and now developing babies in synthetic wombs. Listen gang, this stuff does not end well for us! The Genesis 6 story is not a testament to man’s outstanding achievements; instead, it’s a testament to God’s grace. Yet once again, we see man strive to reach God-like status in Genesis 11:4 “Come, let us build ourselves a city, and a tower whose top is in the heavens; let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be scattered abroad over the face of the whole earth.” I find it interesting that here we are again in today’s world communicating as one through entities like the United Nations, World Health Organization, NATO, the International Monetary Fund, and the World Economic Forum, just to name a few. Look at what we are trying to create…. ways to live longer as technological beings instead of God’s creation, attempting to birth babies in synthetic wombs, and creating fake worlds to live inauthentic lives in a metaverse. I believe once again we are heading right towards God’s judgment, only this time He will be changing more than our language barrier. Keith Hack
